Duct Seal Supply
« on: April 30, 2008, 05:48:13 AM »
I've noted numerous references to purchasing duct seal at Home Depot or Lowes stores.  I have not been able to find this material at any of my local stores in Austin, TX.  At one Lowes, I did find a tub of material that was about the consistency of frosting.  Apparently it hardens with contact with air - good for sealing ducts, but not for making pellet traps.  The "help" at these stores has not been very helpful - they just shake their heads when I ask about the product.

Does anyone have a SKU number from a recent purchase at either location?  Maybe giving them the stock number would help jar their memory, or as least give me a way to get it ordered.

Thanks for the help!

Thanks, Tim! Knowing the bar code should help them locate it for me.  Is that stock number from Home Depot or Lowes?
