Hi again to all the family that conforms GTA forums.
I have an issue!! My plans of buying a Gamo Whisper are everyday further and further away. The big issue is that where I live our smart president decided to put a 300% tax on weapons and ammunition but he forgot to specify what kind of weapons! so If I what to bring it in I will have to pay around 600 dollars just in tax!!! so I joined the Olympic shooting team as they called it here, and they lend me rifles such us some walther or weighrauch (sorry if I misspelled) that are for competition or some brand new steyr that they have. and after shooting 5 Gamo pro match pellets that a girl lend me right into a tight group of 0.15 inches at 12 yards,the teacher decided to train me and to make me compete in the next competition.
Anyway.. I thought that through the Olympic federation I could bring my rifle free of that ridiculous tax, but not even they can get free of it! so they have been trying to talk to ministers and some people in the government to do something about it because the tax makes competition guns that are already expensive around 1500 dollars or more. TO COST 3 TIMES MORE! and they cant afford it! so there is nothing to do and it looks like the sport is going to an dead end.
The thing is that some people have told me that I can bring my rifle with some passengers in their luggage and go right through with no problem or if they ask they will be declared as replacement parts and I wont have to pay the 300% tax! just a 35% for replacement parts! So that brings the question! Into how many parts can I divide my gamo whisper, making it not to difficult for assembly here?? will it be ok to split it in 3 parts (canon, butt plate, and the rest of it) I hope I can get some advice from Charliedatuna as I'm first sending it to him for a turbo tune. Or If anybody had a similar experience I will appreciate the help and tips!

Rifles: none!! Used to have a crossman 2100. but now nobody brings air guns to my country I'm desperate!! but I train with a Steyr LG110 match. and some Feinwerkbau pistols
