Grackle is served
« on: June 14, 2008, 12:37:53 AM »
Just doing my part to keep em at bay.:) Relaxing on the deck this mornin and priming myself for the trip up north when they started to move in. I slipped inside and creeped out with the deadly accurate 2240. Back in my chair I just set the Red Dot on the first at 15yards and began to drop em hehehe. After three of them the rest took flight, wonder why lol. Ed

Nice shooting Ed!  Now that's what I call a great morning.  Your day is definitely off to a good start  :-)

Your 2240 looks very nice.  I 've been meaning to get me one of those.  Is it very quiet?  I 'm surprised the rest of them stayed after you shot the first one.  Is it tuned?

Nothin better than relaxin, while doin some pest control. I was hoping that my post, s few days ago, would get you to get your 2240 out, hehe. She looks right at home, standing proud, next to her latest harvest.

The grips and break have a good balanced look to them.
Of course, we can see how well it shoots . . .

Thank's family, my pistola baby is bone stock inside except for a trigger tune including the shoe and brass safety made by yours truly hehehe. The grip's are from "SPLASH" aka Mike who does some fantastic work with wood, I just stained em. The brake is from Gene of "AirGunToys" who also does some fantastic spinnin work. She has a nice balance and does what I want her too even stock.:) Ed
