I have decided I'm just a springer guy and some CO2. Here is my latest purchase a QB78 PCP built by Jack Haley. It has a 1" steel tube fill pressure to 3000psi. Barrel has been ported bolt probe mod done. The cocking is a little rough. Thumbhole stock is laminated. Shoots RWS Superdomes around 940fps for about 25 shots. Jack tested it before he sent it to me and he was shooting kodiaks at 100 yards and they were hitting hard. 300.00 shipped

I am one of those guys still very much awed at the power and accuracy of PCP's but never really got to step the line 'coz of the problem (if really a problem) of filling it.
I have been interested for quite a while and wanted to do the same thing on a QB..but alas, my mind always still goes back to the filling problem.
Very nice though with the laminated thumbhole stock.
I have been tempted also with the QB PCP Dan offered before.
Maybe, I too am just a springer also a Co2 guy.
I will eventually cross over,..I think, once I get over the issue of filling.
