CF-30
« on: January 10, 2008, 06:34:59 AM »
She arived today. Not in mint condition. Few scratches on stock but nothing so bad that wood is is visible under finish. Cant realy see it unless you look at it. But man I realy like this gun. shoots great with open sights. Has the truglo sights on and can almost shoot in the dark. Is pretty awesome.. Anyways. The balance of the gun is great and it is pretty light as well which make sfor a great off hand shooter. Am in two minds between stutzen and this when it comes to shooting. The truglo sights probably make the cf30 easier to shoot. Anyways.. most probably wont get rid of it. shoots toooo nicely. Just needs new spring as the on inside is a bit canted.

Hey JTK. I see you have a CF30... duh. I can see you really like this rifle, and i am looking at getting a 2nd hand one. What is the breech like? i see it is a pop-up one, so have you had any problems with it? It looks like a real beauty with that checkering.
