BSAed a Nutter :)
« on: September 22, 2008, 11:01:08 AM »
If anything there is no shortage on tree rats in my neighborhood. I drive down the street and see them in every yard and dead on the sides of the road. I have been letting them go, but the September season is winding down and I need to thin the herd a bit :) Plus they are pretty tasty on the barbeque :P yum. I came home from a doctors appointment and went right to my window blind ... He he I saw this nutter making his way across my yard at about 25 yards. I quicly loaded up my BSA sportsman HV's 10 round magazine and loaded it into the gun and pushed the bolt home and hit the charging button. I put the gun out the window and acquired my target and once in the cross hairs squeezed a shot off. I heard the pop and a ricochet that hit my fence... Whew, hope my neighbors weren't outside...lol  I watched and the squirrel fell over and barely moved. I went out and picked him right up and took a picture for my GTA family, before I lost daylight. looks like the .22 kodiak pellet hit right where I was aiming. I don't think I will be selling This BSA anytime soon :)

No way dude. I wouldn't sell that BSA for all the tea in China. That's one sweet looking iron. Plus it helps you make shots like that.
