Got a few old bones and unrepentant injuries myself.  My Tae Kwan Do instructor introduced me to it in 1974 and I've been using it for a long time.  Another thing you might do is get a couple of hand warmers and tape them to the inside of your jacket before going into the woods.

Man im glad ya got out to do some huntin and I know ya gotta be jonesin to shoot that new toy !! The Tiger Balm Erskine spoke of is suppose to be good stuff..Ive never used it but several friends have and liked it.
