Spring Compressor Plans?

I did a search for plans to make a spring compressor, but no luck. Anybody have a link to one?

Look in the LIBRARY here on the GTA site (Top of page, left side in green letters)
You will find this link:

The files are compressed, but just click on PRINT, and they will print full-size
