Where are you traveling to via the airlines ??

If it another country you should think hard on NOT DOING IT AT ALL !
REASON:
Rules vary from country to country.....
IE:  England - restricted to 12 ft. lbs energy or less unless FAC.....BUT shooting with FAC is next to impossible in the UK - no place to do it. Police are everywhere and very serious about it. Today you can't send guns or gun-related items through the mail..PERIOD ! I'm not sure if you can via courier either....also, most travel there is via trains...lots of different train companies - rules can vary from one to the next, and then there is the human end of things - some might not say anything, others may call SWAT....you just never know ! SCARY...
Canada - possible...but lots of restrictions and expensive (we get american hunters up here all the time - BUT none that I know of with airguns - thats still sport shooting, not serious hunting - using mine for pests only)
Other countries may completely BAN all guns or travel into the country with guns.....penalty - anything.... up to EXECUTION !
BEST - Do your homework ahead of time...MAKE SURE WHAT YOU MUST DO....before you attempt it.

Went to the UK last year - restrictions on size of mouthwash containers, no pocket knife, no soft drink cans or bottles, etc. etc. etc.
hell...I was scared to fart !! SERIOUSLY !!!
