Well thats a trap for young players "and me"

The new lathe turned up today  kool.
the specs say a 20mm spindle bore & yer
thats what its got..But what they don't
tell yer is that the chuck only has a 16mm hole.

What ..half wit stick a chuck with a 16mm hole on a
 lathe with a 20mm spindle bore.

feel like driving to CHCH with the chuck at raming it
in his face.

Guess I will try and bore it / or replace it

If it's one of the little 7X10 or 7X12 minilathes, you could get a larger chuck. A 4" 4 jaw with adapter plate should do the trick.
