True, but detailed enough for me to know I can order it. Then I'll be better able to follow along  as you get into it and I have one in front of me.

If not sooner for woodchucks, I'd at least like this gun dialed and tweaked by the time  small game season starts here in NYS.

If I am correct the Wisper and the Big Cat has the same internals? That is why I have been watching the thread. So when you do the detailed write-up you may want to include the other Gamo models that have a likeness to the Wisper.

I believe that is true (and I'm pretty sure it is).  From what I've read here and elsewhere, a lot of the current Gamo models have the exact same powerplant and internals, so this write-up should apply to many different rifles (if not all but a few of the Gamo .177 models), possibly even including the Chinese copies of the Gamo Hunter series (Crosman, etc.).

I'll likely title the write-up to be non-specific to model, but just to Gamo in general, just like PA sells the gas ram ("for Gamo").  Interesting that upon receipt of my ram from PA, the plastic bag had a sticker on it that said "Whisper" versus "Gamo".
