numbers for the B-25S in .177
« on: April 12, 2009, 01:34:41 PM »
I did some testing on the B-25 I have here, here's when I got
RWS hollow points- 1034
Beeman silver Bears- 1023
    "    Lasers- 997
Gamo Hunter- 965
RWS super domes- 942
Peak domes 8.6 gr-940
JSB exact- 930
H&N Barracuda 10.6 gr.- 823
I don't know what anyone else has been getting out of the Ruger Air hawk rifle (B-25) but this is what I have, when the .22's get here they may, just may be faster than the RWS 34....if they are accurate it's gonna be a great little rifle.

Just for you $10,000 in small unmarked bills in a brown paper bag...the MSRP on my price sheet is $145 for the B-25, $165 for the B 25-2 ( sniper stock) and $145 for the Synthetic stock rifle. Now if you go to Best air guns and look at the pricing there ( MSRP vs. actual) you can get a close idea of what they will sell for....I won't know what my price will be until I get the first shipment here and figure my costs out. I do have an order in already for the B 25's in .22 and the B 12.

Thanks Mike.   I realize it's hard, if not impossible, to come up with a figure for an item you don't have yet,,,, I guess I just got excited  :) as I will probably be interested in a .177 if I can swing it...

B25 is modeled after something?
« Reply #6 on: April 14, 2009, 12:52:55 PM »
The B28 is a RWS 350 Clone.  The B26 an R9 clone, what is the B25 modeled from?

The velocities are quite high.  I'm curious.

Thanks
R9 .20; R7 .177; B40 .177; B26 .177; Tempest .177; HB .20; IZH 46m; BlueStreak

Hmmm, I had been thinking that my next airgun purchase would be a MM B-26 (regular stock, not the-2) but now I am thinking of waiting to see what these new B-25 guns in .22 do
Oh decisions, decisions...
