shawn thats a great idea to know how to repair and tune a rifle of all brands i always thought about doing the same so at times i would go to the library section and look at different jobs like installing a trigger ,tuning a rifle ,lubing it and many other things that would inhance my knowledge in airguns .i dont know about books but i am going to buy used or new rifle for 100.00 bucks or less and open it and lube it myself by going to the library section of this forum,its on the left hand side on the top.theres many infomation on rifles that u can start with everthing else would be self explanatory.just a suggestion and my 2 cents thats what i will do to learn ,some people r here will chime in and give u better info ....good luck shawn
