ANYONE TRY ARMADILLO????I HEARD ITS GAMEY AND VERY TOUGH,YOU HAVE TO BOIL THE MEAT FOR HOURS IS THAT TRUE??

I've heard that it tastes like good pork. You do have to be sure to cook it thoroughly. Don't want any leprosy.
