I ordered an 850 air mag. from PA a couple of months ago and I received an E-Mail the next day saying that it was on back order. A week later I sent a 6-18 X 50 AO scope back to Bushnell for repair after my Diana 52 broke the reticle. The process was very easy. Just send it back with a check for $10 to cover return postage and expect a 3 to 4 week turnaround. After a long wait the 850 AM arrived. It shot Dime size groups at 25 yds for the first 2 days and the chrono showed 610-618 fps with RWS super domes. On the 3rd day it shot 2" low. The chrono said 495 - 545 fps. after a few shots my group was 3" low. Again I chrono'd it and found it shootig at 430 fps. I figured the AS pressure was low and changed the cyl. only to find that there was no change. I called PA and they E-Mailed me a return label so that I would not have to pay shipping. When I spoke to the girl I asked about the two air cyls. I had lost and she said she would check on that. When I removed the air cyl. for shipping I found some black plastic shavings in the valve, presumably from the stock. Eight days after shipping the rifle I recieved an E- Mail from Pa saying that the new rifle and 2 air cyls. had been shipped to me. Today Big Brown delivered the air mag and a new Bushnell scope. All I can say is that it is a pleasure to deal with people who take care of their customers to full satisfaction. The new 850 also shoots dime size groups at 25 yds. I am a very happy Cajun today.
