it's not far from me. The sky was filled all afternoon with choppers flying into the hospital. I was stationed there and my son was born there. some people are so nuts!

glad to hear ya'll are okay. i spent my youth in killeen,..my dad , a cwo4 was stationed there. me,...my time was at leonard wood, riley and all over europe and panama.

well we have certainly chewed some of the same dirt together. Thanks for the good thoughts. It's very sad around here and will be for some time.

Was stationed there from 85-87. I remember when they built a strip mall across from the mall. Somone drove a car into a fast food place, I think it was.Jumped out and started shooting people.

The Lubys shooting. Was more like 1991. I was in paramedic school at the time. Was the worst mass shooting in US History until Virgina Tech. So both shootings took place within a few miles of each other. crazy times folks.
