The B 21 I currently have in 22 cal. I cut the barrel to 12 inches and it is now only 9 lbs and is still very accurate,If you want ed a B30 in 22 cal since you can't get it anymore why not take a b21 and cut it down to the size of the B30 and re crown the barrel the difference in the cost of the rifle would pay for shipping to Mike if you wanted him to do the work, their is not too much difference between the 2 rifles other than the finish on ths steel instead of a shiny blued finish it is more of a dull finish, not bad just not shiny.
