MK-II-GTX Trigger arrived, I need help guys......

picking out a gun to install it in.  Tks, Charlie, the GTX trigger and HDDs came in the mail today.  That was quick!  Now, dadgummit, I gotta buy another Gamo to put ithe GTX in.  Let's see, I already have a S1k177--don't need another one of those.  I don't really want a 22 cal because I don't hunt--I don't have a thing against hunting, but I just don't hunt.  Whatever I get, I would like it to be even more accurate if possible than my S1k which shoots both hard and straight thanks to Da Tuna.  Any suggestions?

Have you given the CFX .177 Synthetic any thought? I love my CFX's .. If I were to compare the two (S1k or CFX) then I would have to pick the CFX if I were just plinking for accuracy. It seems easier to cock with the under lever. But it is one of my most favorite air rifles to shoot. It is has great accuracy, especially with the GTX-ll trigger.

Hi Gene,

Of course it would be the CFX!  I was just having a little fun with you.  I pretty much described the CFX when I said it needed to be "more accurate than the S1k if possible."  Now, I need to get one.  I don't know if the recent Cabelas deal for the remanufactured combo at $134.99 will be around again for awhile.  Mid-South has new CFXs for $171.99 which is not a bad price either.  Anyways, I have the GTX, so I can bide my time until I see a good deal.  Tks, Gene, for confirming the CFX choice for me.

as they seem to get these in and sell out of them quickly lately. One thing once you see them in stock don't hesitate to buy as they will be sold out again quickly if past history is any clue.

That's what happened to me.  First time I saw the refurbs on Cabelas I thought about it to long and missed out.  Second time I jumped on it immediately and scored.
