I have been messing around with some pistol shooting lately.
I have a simple video camera set up on the target to monitor the shots from the shooting line, but was having trouble seeing where the shots were hitting. The black center of the standard target, and the low contrast of the inexpensive video camera was working against me.
So, I decided to redraw the target and leave the center white, with only the 7 ring, (the last black ring on the standard target) black. It is much easier to see the pellet holes against the white center.
The targets are just 5 through 10 ring and are 6 up on standard 8.5x11" sheet.
This drawing was done with some pretty simple software, and I have checked the sizes against the standard target and things seem to be very good, but please consider these practice targets, no warranty expressed or implied ;^)
Be careful when printing to set your printer to 100% scale, otherwise you might find things printing a bit smaller than standard (and who needs that!)
