Need some assistance with a name:
« on: January 01, 2010, 02:26:43 PM »
I plan on ordering a HW97K, probably from Airguns Of Arizona as they seem to have a good price. I'm wondering if any of you know the name of someone there I can speak to regarding product availabilty. I prefer not to place an order unless I know they have the rifle in stock ready for shipment. Have any of you guys spoken to anyone there whom I may ask for? I seem to have better luck with any customer service when I ask for someone by name. Any help is appreaciated....thanks .

I've had e-mail communication with Greg at AoA several times, although never spoke on the phone... good guy as far as I can tell.
I just ordered a new, blue laminate HW97K from him last week... should be here Monday or Tuesday.

Cheers,
C

No problem Larry. In the2-3 times I've had dealings with AoA, they've been quite pleasant to deal with... good prices, good customer service. I don't imagine you being disappointed.

I have gone to Phoenix to see friends and went to the store. They were very helpful and I enjoyed seeing all thir guns. Have got pellets and other items from them with quick delivery.

Ask for Greg, Robert or Steve. Robert Buchanan is the owner, Steve is his brother and Greg Glover is their office manager/partner. All are very good people but are very busy. Please be courteous and keep the call short and to the point.
I love to talk about airguns and when I visit them, sometimes, I am guilty of distracting them from their jobs. They are way too nice to tell me so.     Dave T

Never underestimate the power of stupid people in large groups. Hey! Where did they get those pitchforks and torches so fast!
