Do I need this?
« on: February 09, 2010, 03:00:13 PM »
Ok I need help from you guys. I told myself I would be complete with the purchase of the 350 Feuekraft that has only been in the family for just over a week now. And I still have the B28 to get up and running. But all this talk of super strong starlings has got me thinking. The power of the 350 and B28 don’t make them ideal for close in front yard, keep it on the down low starling work I like to do. And while the little Powerline 880 has racked up quite a few I still get the occasional fly off. I remember way back when I was a kid and had my first Powerline my buddy had the same gun in .22 cal. Now I can’t remember the exact model # but I was searching around and came across the Daisy 22SG, basically a Powerline 880 in .22 caliber. It’s less than $100 and it might be just the thing for those tough little pesky Starlings. Somebody come up with a good reason why I shouldn’t get one, but hurry before I do something stupid and order one.

I've heard alot of good things about that gun. I love guns, so never would i tell you why you shouldn't buy one. If you can afford it do it. You never know when you might want to have less power to make things more safe. I have killed a bunch of starlings with a crosman 66 powermaster on lower pumps. I use to shoot them in a building with a tin roof. On four pumps the pellets dinged the tin, but didnt make the roof leak. Sorry for egging you on. 8)
