I'm using a pump for my Discovery, and I need the exercise. A dive tank is 80 cubic FEET of air at 3000 psi. You are looking at a tank of 72 cubic INCHES. I don't know how many cubic inches of air at 2000 psi goes into an air rifle, but the tank will rapidly run out of peak pressure, and you will be paying to refill it again and again.

I'll have to let more experienced air gunners weigh in on the merits of such a small tank.

The problem with that tank is that it most likely has a paintball regulator which is set at 800psi output. The tank itself is rated at 3000psi, but its regulated to 800psi out.  I found out the hard way. I had to buy a 2000psi output regulator for it. It was a little bit cheaper then buying the benji bottle. I have it for back up, so I dont know how many fills I can get.

where did you find the 2000psi regulator ? steve/autoduel provided a link to experthpa.com, but they no longer sell the regulator w/o a bottle............
