There is not enough good to say about Timmy's Custom Stocks. I am just amazed at his talent. For a long time I wanted to buy a custom wood stock from Dano's good friend "Steve Cochran. Just never got around to it. But now there is Timmy...

He may not be at the same level as Steve but he is getting close...

Steve;s work has always put a smile on my face. My dear friend David Kirby buys his custom stocks from Steve and my mouth always waters when he brings one to show me at my house...
Bob and me went down to see Timmy two week ends ago to pick up our stocks that he had made. Bob's Maurader and Disco stocks were just beautiful to say the least but my two stocks that I ordered from Timmy were for my two favorite RWS springers. I was blown away by the detail and workmanship of what I saw at Timmy's shop. He wanted to show us how he duplicated custom cores that he had designed on his new duplicating machine but I could not keep my hands off my two stocks he had made for me..

Never did see his demonstration and we were in the shop for over two hours... hehe All I could think of was putting my two RWS 34 actions in those new stocks...

All I can tell you is that what Timmy is making is beautiful and great workmanship. I know his prices are low now but in a year watch out...

For those of you who have thought of buying a custom stock, you gotta test drive one of Timmy's stocks.
What I like the most is that these stock fit perfect and the comb height is perfect for scopes. Most all the stocks today are designed from years ago when shooters only used iron sights. But both my new stocks fit me like a glove.
Here is some eye candy of Timmy's custom stocks. I love them. One is Cherry and the other is Walnut. Check out the detail cuts and sharp lines. Also the cutouts of the cocking linkage and trigger guard were perfect.
