SUMATRA with a pellet stocked.... HELP

Hi guys, I went yesterday to the range  just for few minutes from 10:30 am until 4:45 pm to practice a liittle bit to shoot my new
air rifles but when I was shooting the SUMATRA .22 ..... I had problem with the magazine and the pellet. Now a pellet is stocked with the magazine and everything unuseful... so I tried to insert a .22 cleaning metal rod by the front of the barrel but the rod cannot go farther to the end to touch the pellet.  The level opens but cannot close completly.

What can I do to try to remove it?


 The rifle is just 2 weeks old.... I would like to try to remove the pellet and magazine.

I requested a RMA to Pyramid air to return the rifle, I hope to do not have problem with them but I would like to remove the pellet.

OK GUYS .... AFTER A LITTLE.... KARATE KICKS ----- PUNCHES ----- AND *&(*&(..... I COULD REMOVE THE MAGAZINE AND REMOVE THE jammed PELLETS.

THE RIFLE IS BACK TO BUSINESS!!!

Was gonna suggest some weed whacker line long enough to kick it back.  Had the same problem with my Anics pistol - pellet made it half way out, magazine tried to cycle and jammed everything up tight (till I figured out to push something down the barrel and reseat the pellet in the magazine.
