My wife's girlfriend's boyfriend is a plumber and I had no clue all these years..

Got the best one they had at Home Depot with a 12yr warranty for $400 (I had a 50gal, not 65 as I thought).  Bought him some beer and lunch, paid him a couple of bucks and after 45min-1hr we had it installed and fillng it.  Electric ones are easy to do.  I can finally take a shower!  Yeahy! :)
