Thats one MONSTER of a gun, with one MONSTER of a price.

I think a Rainstorm in .22 is more than enough for my needs or wants.

It looks as if Evanix is going to try and go head to head with Daystate/FX/Theoben in the marketplace. If my experience with the Blizzard comprared to the AA410s I was able to shoot is any indication, they will probably do well. Seems PyramydAir is steering them in the right direction for the US market with shrouded barrels and a few more models. Finesse coupled with good power should help sales a lot. I know our Blizzard is accurate, powerful and a very beautiful rifle.

I'm thinking at that price they are going to loose more than they will gain. Now they are getting into Theoben price range. The power may be great but all they did form the looks is add a bottle to the Rainstorm with a different stock. I can't see spending an extra 800 for a synthetic stock and a bottle. Just my thought.

I thought the prise was pretty good...
1479 US = $2077  NZ...
I was looking at a Theoben S type..$3500 NZ
So the Evanix looks pretty dan sharp prise wise..

Yep think I mite be getting my 3 rd Evanix down the track..
