Tasco spotter 20-60X80
« on: March 21, 2010, 06:09:20 AM »
After asking a question an the GTA and some research I purchased this spotter. It isn't as expensive as some say you need, but the scope is tremendous. Its labeled world class and it might be just that for the price. This is what we as target shooters or bird watchers are looking for. A inexpensive spotter that is well built. The tri pod is ok at best but the scope is great. Focuses from 20-60 nicely comes with built on sliding sun shade and a lens cap. No eye piece cover but made my own. Also a nice hard and soft carrying cases with straps. Last night was watching Cardinals at the feeder @ 30 yards time 7:45pm, clear crisp from edge to edge, that 80 objective lens brings in the light. Very happy with this scope. What scope are you using?  With spring here I am going to love this spotter.
Oh yea I shoot all open sights with my MM b26 and a very old b7 both in .177
Thanks GTA
Joe
