I think eating Chucks will be a better sell if you could do a post of the A-Z of skinning, cleaning, and any other prep you do before the Chuck hits the pot. I haven't been able to find anything in detail about Chucks, either in my wild game cook book, or on the internet, like there is for other game animals.
The shooting and the eating parts I'm good at, details of what to do in between that I'm lacking.
Maybe the same for others !
