WTB B-26
« on: April 16, 2010, 03:44:48 AM »
This is for alll you guys who has too many Springers and want to thin the herd. I'm looking for a B-26 that has proven accuracy. I know, I can get a new one from Mike but with two teenage sons that is one year away from going to college, I am trying to watch my pennies and hopefully be able to send them to the colleges that they want to go to instead of telling them they have to settle for the one I can affort. So if anyone of you have one you want to part with, let me know at keikoroo@sbcglobal.net.
Thanks,
keikoroo

Hi lilysdad, you didn't say if your b-26 is a 1 or 2. is it tuned in any way? What is the accuracy of this rifle? I was looking for one with the iron sights so I can have a choice to put a scope on it if necessary.
Thanks.

it's actually a b26-2 with a cut down face comb and the stock is a blondie. it was gone over, not tuned, and it broke in quite nicely. it will shoot 1/2 inch groups all day at 25 yards. its very quiet and the trigger is set to brake at 4 oz. nice little shooter pushing Cphps at an average 910 fps. JSB exacts do avg 893 fps. groups better with the crosmans, or also rws supermags. great hunting pellet for anything out to 40 yards. but for distance shots the cphp do better. let me know.
