Wow, that is one hungry bear.
And one really strong rope.
And the tree its tied to ain't that big either.
I'd say that one would be a shot for a "powder burner" for sure.

Wow cool
 pictures it looks like there is a pipe sticking out of the ground under
the feeder, if the rope brakes the owner of the feeder may have a bear kabob
