3 Starling Pest Hunt

Got off from work this afternoon at 3pm and had such a hectic day I had to get out and just relax.  Decided to go to the duck farm and walk around and just relax.  Brought the very 1st S1k I ever bought  along with me to try and nail some starlings.

Covered the duck farm from one end to the other several times, frequently hiding in makeshift blinds and inside farm building doors, but the shooting was very spotty at best.  There just weren't many birds there today, not sure why, but I did manage to nail 3 nice starlings at about 25 yards from one blind I was hiding in.  

I did see 2 nice woodchucks, but they saw me first and the game was over before it even started.  I may head back tomorrow and see if I can get the upper hand on those chucks.  Didn't get to take any pics today, if I get one of those chucks though I'll make sure I post pics.

Jeff, it is nice just to get out, back to the wood's and out of the mind numbing race for life. Airgun hunting does it for me, once I'm out and stalking about, it all  fades away. Nice to see you busy buddy and good shootin. Ed
