Finally back home

Got home a few hours ago after running my oldest daughter to the other end of NY State for a college interview so now I can finally unbox my new CFX .22, get her set up and start some hunting at the duck farm.  

I received the rifle about a week and 1/2 ago, right before the wife and I left on vacation.  As soon as we returned I had to leave for 2 days to take the daughter to her college scholarship interview, so my new rifle's been sittin in the box all this time.  

Looking forward to shootin some critters at the duck farm.  Will post some pics if I bag anything.  

I've been getting caught up on all the other CFX .22 posts and I'm gettin psyched !!  :)

Hey, Jeff, welcome home!  Looking forward to your take on the new CFX.  So far, I'm really pleased with mine, just waiting for my gold trigger to arrive.  Later.

Thanks guys, good to be back.  Glad to hear you like your .22 CFX Dave, can't wait to shoot mine.  I have to order a CDT trigger also,,, have to do that in the next day or so.  The gun just wouldn't be right without one of those amazing shiny gold triggers  :)
