PISTON INSTALL LUBE

Can I use Ace Pure Silicone Lubricant(airisol) when istalling my piston? Or does it need to have that Teflon base in it?

You can use the Acce lube. Just use it sparingly. If it's the spray on stuff, I'd let it sit & dry for a couple hours before reassembling. If it's the grease/paste type then a small Pea Sized drop is MORE than enough to get the job done.

I usually use either DOW Corning 111 pure silicone grease or CRC Dielectric grease depending on what I have on hand at the time. DOW Corning also has a 100% Silicone Mold Release Agent similar to 111, but ALLOT thinner. I've had the best luck with it in the past compared to the other 2.
