ARROWHEAD Springer?????

I have an ARROWHEAD springer that was given to me.  It is .177 cal and shows made in JAPAN on the cocking arm.  Anyone have any info on this rifle.  It is short like a carbine with a good wood stock.  The leather seal is rotted and doesn't have the power to put the pellet through the barrel.  I would like to put a new seal in it if I could get one.  Or make one.  I tried cutting a seal but my leather wasn't thick enough and all attempts proved useless.

I don't think it's going to be a powerhouse but just fun to say the least.  Thanks, Matt

I think she might be a postwar shooter, they came out with several other's also. The Indain and some with animal names. Sound's like a good project shooter. Ed
