QB78/AR2078 Hybrid
« on: March 22, 2008, 12:42:45 AM »
Hello everyone,
I removed the action from my AR2078A and in it's place I put the tuned metal-work from my QB78. I had to swap the locating pins with each other as the QB78's is too short. I think it looks pretty cool :)
regards,
Alan

Indeed, you are correct, sir! It definitely looks cool. If I end up with a CO2 rifle at some point, it'll probably be one of the AR2078A's. I really like the looks of it a lot.

I'll bet she shoots like a dream.

Thanks Bryan :)
It is quite accurate and a good shot will be happy with it. I prefer RSW Superdomes as they group well with minimum of fliers. Downside is the usual CO2 cold weather malaise :(
I am waiting for the warmer weather......

Alan

Get an HPA tank and run a remote setup when it's cold.  I like mine alot, real good chrony strings and an excellent shooter.  About as cheap as you can make a PCP rifle, cheaper than the Benjamin Discovery and with a better trigger.
