Two thumbs up to Crosman for the customer service. I had purchased a super streak .22 cal and had a problem with "droop". Tried three different scopes...same problem. (I had one of the first .22 that came out.) Crosman sent me a call tag and told me I could chose another gun as a replacement. I ask for the Discovery and they also threw in the pump. I really like this manufacture and because of the great service I plan on checking there site out more often. I have a custom 2250b they made for me a few weeks ago and it is a great shooter. I had always figured Crosman was just a bb gun and youth gun manufacturer. I was wrong. They have a great attitude.
