He thinks we are all stupid
« on: September 18, 2008, 04:17:39 PM »

On Wednesday, BhO made this comment (along with others) to his supporters:

"I need you to go out and talk to your friends and talk to your neighbors. I want you to talk to them whether they are independent or whether they are Republican (he had trouble saying the word). I want you to argue with them and get in their face," he said.

"And if they tell you that, 'Well, we're not sure where he stands on guns.' I want you to say, 'He believes in the Second Amendment.' (Yep and I believe in the Easter Bunny) If they tell you, 'Well, he's going to raise your taxes,' you say, 'No, he's not, he's going lower them.' (now I know he thinks we are all stupid) You are my ambassadors. You guys are the ones who can make the case."

Well Mr. Obama, I’ll have you know that I may discuss your policies with friends and neighbors but I will not allow them to ague with me and God help them if they get in my face! I think this guy is becoming unhinged and due for another very long vacation.

Okay, I don’t usually discuss politics but this guy is starting to scare the s*** out of me.

I usually reserve this comment for my redneck Marine buddies, but i would not be very surprised if he gets elected Prez, then gets sniped.
Oh Gawd, ive been red-flagged by big brother!!
Have you seen that ad in the (bang bang) Gun mags which cover some of his gun policies?

I hope he never gets sniped; not because I have any fondness for the guy but because I don’t want to see a Barack Obama street, boulevard or avenue in just about every city in America. Not to mention government schools being named after him. Also, the left wing media will canonize him as St. Barack. The other reason I don’t want to see a sitting president get assassinated is because it would be a bad reflection on our society.

As far as gun policies (if he gets his way) I think they include these:

Ban firearms for home defense.

Eliminate your Right to Carry.

Ban the manufacture of handguns.

Close down a large percentage of gun shops.

Eliminate gun shows.

Ban certain types of rifle ammunition.

Increase federal taxes on guns and ammunition by 500%.

Restore voting rights for felons who have been convicted of using a gun to commit a
crime.

Expand the Clinton semi-auto ban to include more firearms.

Mandate government issued license to purchase firearms.

And the most far reaching and most dangerous of all: Appoint judges to the Supreme Court and Federal judiciary who share his views of the Second Amendment.

BTW, if you think your airguns are safe - think again - just look at the restrictive laws our friends across the pond have to live with.

Here's another consideration:

Hypothetically, if a young man were raised and educated in the Muslim faith and then if later, he were to convert to Christianity (even the Jeremiah Wright kind), he would, by definition, have committed the sin of defamation of the Prophet.  And if your not familiar with the penalty for that, check with Salman Rushdie.

Yeah, you'd think he'd be viewed as an apostate, for which the penalty is death in Islamic sharia. However, how do Muslims themselves perceive Obama? They have a choice between Christian (as he has publicly presented himself), Muslim, or apostate.

The Muslim world seems strangely eager to count him as one of their own. The press in Indonesia, where he attended madrassa in his youth, report that his school records record him as Muslim. Libya's Qaddafi refers to him as a Muslim, and says that Obama has an African and Islamic identity. America's own homegrown Nation of Islam's leader, Louis Farrakhan, calls him "the hope of the entire world".

Also, Obama's father was Muslim and therefore, according to Islamic law, so is he.  "His middle name is Hussein, how can he be Christian?" typifies the sentiment.

Okay, so you'd think that Obama presenting himself as being a Christian would qualify him for the death penalty. BUT... there's a little catch. There's this Islamic concept of Taqiyya, which refers to a dispensation allowing Muslims to conceal their faith when under persecution, or to further Islam. I believe this is the loophole that Muslims convinced of Obama's Islamic faith would use. That he's simply lying about his Christian faith, and is truly a Muslim practicing taqiyya to futher the aims of Islam.

Do I think he's Muslim? No, neither do I think he is Christian. He used his membership in Rev. Wright's Trinity United Church of Christ to garner sympathy and votes among his constituency, and promptly threw them under the bus when it was politically expedient to do so in order to appeal to a wider audience. His statement during a San Francisco fund-raiser that people in small-town America cling to "guns and religion" reveals his true belief system. I can't see him as anything but atheist or agnostic in his heart of hearts.

Maybe we'll find out what the truth is eventually, maybe we won't. What is quite apparent at this point, in any case, is that he's a typical butthole uber-liberal cry-baby bed-wetting politician. Doncha think?

Yeah that's for sure if he gets elected something will happen to him. But again guys in America it is really not a president that runs the show but big business. As long as these people get elected with corporate money, instead of certain amount of money being pulled from the budget, and there is this thing as electorate college, there will be never a guy that truly represents the  people who can bring  change that they are all talking about. So we are safe with our guns no matter what anybody says :)

Obama is a great speaker in my opinion. I hope that he can do a major health care reform like he promises, because as it is - is a disaster.

Gee Mr. Mahonri I’m honored to be classified as a member of your “low IQ crowd here” and while you are at it put me into the “christian WtheTush” crowd as you so eloquently stated. I guess being raised in Western Pennsylvania, attending Catholic elementary schools, a Catholic University, serving in the US Army and being a member of the NRA puts me into a category for you to pass judgment on me and some other members of this forum.

BTW, Mr. M I don’t care what religion  Obama is.  I do not base my decisions on that; whereas, you seem to possess a need to welcome a member of one religion over another.

I will not vote for Obama because I do not agree with him on just about everything.  IMO, he is a socialist and a menace to my way of life.

The only reason BhO won’t or can’t do anything to limit firearm ownership is because, at this time, he doesn’t have the votes in Congress to do so.

I would like to meet you Mr. M and maybe do lunch, eh?

It is doubtful that he will do anything to limit firearm ownership or restrict our rights. Mainly scare tactics from the low IQ crowd here.

As for his religion, I would welcome a Muslim compared to the "christian" WtheTush and the mess he has gotten the US in with his brand of murdering people in Iraq for no sane reason.

Wow. And im the one with a low IQ.  Your last statement is so ripe with ignorance i can smell it from here, and im a 23 year old non-diploma-having Grunt.
BTW i dont know if you know anything about the militarys aptitude test, but im in the 98th percentile, lets see you take the ASVAB. Post your score and ill go take an IQ test then we'll compare. Sound fair?

See if you can figure out the correct answer.  I just love watching and listening to Obama stammer and stutter without his TelePrompTer.  Whatever your political point of view, it should be transparently obvious this fellow would be a disastrous choice for President.  This guy is clueless.  He is a "Curious George" puppet who must have someone else tell him what to say and think about everything.  He hasn't had an original thought since before he ever entered politics.  His rhetoric is devoid of logic and substance.  Whatever else you might think about Hillary, she at least wasn't stupid.  And don't bother with any retort about Bush -- he's not running this time around.  Think very carefully about the choice of who America's next leader should be.  I reject the notion it should be a crooked little "lap dog" of a small-minded politico out of the Chicago-Dailey school of liberal, get rich quick, dirty politics who can be so easily bought and paid for (Was anyone paying attention to the Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac thing you may have heard about this week?  $800,000,000.00 scandal, bill sent to taxpayers) .  But that's only my opinion.  America's IQ test will be administered in a few weeks.  Hope America's cumulative score turns out to be somewhere above room temperature.
