This is the second time this company has sent me money for a survey.
The first was a 1 dollar bill.. I stuck it in my pocket and spent it..

This time its a 2 dollar bill... HMMMM.

 I have a meeting for monday with the U.S. Secret Service.. The FBI said to cal them...
 Its kinda strange that a 2 dollar bill would be used, I guess they think since its not a 20 no one will notice..
 You would think they would let the ink dry first..
 Its minted 2003-a . I don't know...wierd...

 From what I can see that's just bizarre. Is the white paper maybe a little sticky or maybe got wet and yanked some fibers from the bill, or is that really ink?

 Don't get rid of that. If it's indeed ink stains on the paper, and it looks legit, you've got a pretty remarkable item there.

Didn`t you guys - U.S.A had a two dollar bill quite a few years ago?  I remember seeing it and I think our family have 1 or 2 or them (My aunt was working in a U.S bank and she collected a few brand new ones and passed it around to her relatives).  If I`m correct, the $2.00 bill didn`t work out because people were so suspicious of them (U.S.A never had a $2.00 bill before).  So if that`s a real one....you`ve a collectors item.

Wow, thanks Craig....that was a great read.  I didn`t know that about the U.S $2.00 bill....I had always thought that they were never used....used only in that one year...1976 I guess.

 Its not uncommon for the ink to smear on them.  must have used cheap ink....
