It does have a screw that will restrict air flowing through the transfer port . It will allow 10-20fps increase in power on most 12fpe rifle and you can reduce the power output of the rifle with said screw, but it will not increase the shot count . I've tried . With that said the screw is located on the right side of the receiver, just low and forward of the breach. You have to remove the outside cover screw and then insert a tiny Allen wrench through the opening and turn the small grub screw inside clockwise to reduce power , counterclockwise to increase power. The screw will most likely have some blue locktite on it , mine did . Like I said I've tried to increase power or shot count by adjusting this screw , but it didn't do a lot either way. The only way to really increase or decrease power is with a change in hammer spring and /or hammer weight. From what i've read , Pomoma airguns does a power adjustment moderfication for IIRC $60 that would give you an external power wheel to adjust the power. Of course you'll have to pay shipping there and back, so you're looking at around $100. kirby
