Okay, I'm a little late getting here....My garage is starting to thin out a bit. No pictures but I have a 2000 Honda Magna for commuting or just putting around on and a 2002 Kawasaki zrx 1200 for riding. Down to a Honda xr400 for off road. Peakchick, nice rex. Never ridden the 1100 but have heard they are more peppy than the 1200. Definately more possibilites for motor mods since the zx11 internals are the same.
There is a real good site for the zrx....ZRXOA.ORG......worth a look.
Nice bikes, all of them. Remember it's not what you ride, it's that you ride. Kinda like air guns, they are all fun.

Peter, my Kawi is a stock ZRX1100, with the exception of the D & D pipe and Lockhart wind screen. A RE5 huh? I never rode one of them, but have seen a couple...has been awhile.

Joe is that an old Honda Express? It's been awhile since I've seen one of those? I'll bet no one is laughing when you leave the gas pump after having spent all of $3.00!   :D

Randall ???????????????????

Randall I want to say something to you because you have kept your bike . But first I want to say I am in no way putting you down or saying Iam a better man than you . I have ridden most of my life and logged a lot of miles and had about 5 or 6 major accidents on my bikes . Only 2 of them were my fault . I have shattered my right cheek , left wrist , re fractured my left wrist , and shattered a right ankle ancl that's not to mention the minor injures that occurred in these accidents . The major bone shatters happened at different times as well . Every time I got scraped up off the asphalt and was doing my bed time I would thank God I was still alive and I would ask my self . If this would have happened in a car wreck would I give up driving or ridings in a car . And the answer was always the same No. So as soon as I could I got back on the bike and learned to enjoy the  riding experience again . Deep down inside you there is a reason why you did not sell that bike and I don't think it is because you think it will make you money setting in storage . Marvin

When I was much younger a good friend and myself would ride in the dirt every weekend. We road accross the desert and put many miles on the several bikes we had worn out..:) Both of us would have spills. We lost allot of pride as well asskin many times...:) Would always manage to pack up and head home. So my good friend decided to buy a street bike. He rode his new Triumph for about a year. One day I went by his house after work and noticed his bike covered up. That was strange and asked him why. He told me that he was going to work and someone had spilled gas or oil on the corner of a main intersection where he would make his turn every morning. He did not see it and down he went. He got a few buggers and some road rash from it. Sfter that he said he was much safer riding in the dirt and not on the asphalt. So my point is some of us who love to ride can have one bad experience and something clicks. Next thing you know you change your attitude about things. I rode on the asphalt about two years but never had a spill. After a major back injury I felt that if I wanted walk the rest of my life that I would stay off of bikes and high places...:) Gene

Marvin your right... I have had a motorcycle license since i was 17.  50 now.. I to have had my share of spills from the motocross and he enduro's and the trials bikes that i rode my whole life...  Ya have to take into account that I live in the 4th largest city in the US.  It aint safe here.. If I had some country roads and mountians it would be fun, but dodgein the Illeagle alians here that don't even read english and can't spell STOP iT GETS A LITTLE SCARY!!! Yes I still have her because I will one day get out of this god forsaken hell hole that i live in and get me some country roads..  Dust and a  little rust are easilly fixed.

She is 1450 cc's of muscle and still runs great.. I just lost interest and let her get dusty...

Yeah Randall,, I know where your comin from. Been riding bikes since I was 12,,,, Im 49 now. Charleston S.C. is  way too busy for me on tarmak!! Just 2 years ago shut down my 25 acre MX track. Liability became a huge issue. (These old bones dont heal like they used to either!!LOL!!) Shure miss my KX 125,, (Im a little 150 lb. guy) I swear I can still put on my gear & spank lots of them young guys,,,, even the ones on the new 450 "Thumpers"!! Put me on a R-6,,,, I can do rolling stoppys,, HONEST. Ya can ask Kimmie Sue (Daughter) or my wife Julie. Ok,,,, Im old & exagerating?? I can still ride,, PROMISE. Maybe I cant shoot airguns that good,,,,, Ive been ridin bikes ALONG time!! He He!! Save the bike Randall,,,, you will ride again,,,,,,,,, So will I. (Fact). Tim.
