Hey Guys

How's about this for an idea for a QB78 magazine. Please let me know your comments and mods.

Thanks

I like that Jon. Will you just turn the magazine manually? Great idea if someone makes it work. Allot of QB78 owners out there.

My FX Cyclone magazine has an o'ring that goes around the magazine. It sets around the outside between front and back of mazgazine and acts as a holder for the pellets so they will not slide out after they are inserted.

What about by hand. With left or right thumb, rolling the rotary. That way you could fire without taking your eye off the target..

Just a thought Jon

That was the way I was planning on doing it, a hand rotated mag is better than no mag. I have no lathe at the moment as it died on Friday 13th. I have ordered a new and bigger one that will be here on Wednesday so I'll be back in production as I have to pay the misses back for the lathe.

I'm still thinking the stick method would be better if using a scope, but at the same time I haven't tried making either version....hehe, so I guess we'll see what happens.  Looking forward to seeing what you come up with, until then I'll be making things from wood:)

I'll have a go at making it sometime but I have quite a backlog of orders for the quiet muzzle breaks here as the school holidays have got in the way.

Have a look at the AirArms s410 mag for a few ideas, pellets in a cylindrical cartridge held in place by an outer sleeve, (no O ring)
