You are right Bill. Things do seem to change some times and usually for the better. But for someone to say that things are not like they used to be are also right. But by the same token, it takes a lot to try to maintain a good form such as the GTA. If you don't do something to prevent problems when their ugly heads rear up, then the problems will just continue to grow and without the right support people behind you, those people that are supposed to support and enforce those simple rules, regulations or policies then it starts to get out of hand.
Fortunately most of our supporting staff, meaning our moderators fulfill their "obligations" (for lack of other terminology) and when there is a clearly visable problem, they step in and take action. They are to be commended and they are the ones that make the GTA what it is. However, it has been suggested by several members that have e-mailed both Gene and I that perhaps a change might be considered. I feel that perhaps they are right and probably will in the very near future. We need our moderators to be of character that supports the membership and protects them and the GTA from both outside interferences as well as internal conflicting issues that are detrimental to growth and harmony of the GTA and keep it healthy.
