Suburban Backyard Shooting Bench w/ Umbrella

What'd you make the target box from?  I bought the walmart $20 special and I'm about going through the steel.  Afterwards I noticed it was for "under 750fps"..  Doh!
The next size up locally is for .22 rimfire at $100.

The traps are made from 2x6 wood.  The smaller traps are lined with about 4-5 inches of duct seal putty.  The larger trap is lined with about 6 inches.

Was wondering about that - Fiance's gonna throw out our older pillows, but I wanna keep one or two if it'll actually stop a pellet (up to 1000fps).  Seems it'd be nice and quiet too.  I'm a big fan of keeping things cheap and simple if it'll work

Now all is needed is collapsible back rest with them wiggly  back massager for in-between shooting rest....;0)
