GREAT CHOICE NO RECOIL IS LIKE SHOOTIN A PCP I LIKE THAT THEY CATAGARIZE IT WITH THE TX200MK3....GOOD LUCK

If you can't find someone who is willing to part with his/her rifle, call Umarex and see if they have a .22cal Demo M54. It would be "used" in a sense and would not cost you anywhere near the price of a new one. That's how I got mine, going the demo route. M54's are not too frequent on the classifieds.

Thanks...I will do that too. However, today I went toa local gunshow and there was agorgeous Model 54 in .22 for sale with the adjustable RWS mount and a tasco AO32mm scope installed. The original owner told me that he put one tin of pellets through it and thats it. Upon inspection I only noticed 3 very slight dings in the wood which the owner told me how they came to be (and he was heart broken when it happened). I think I can cosmetically fix those small puncture dings since I don't think steam will work. His price is $425 with the original manual. He said he bought it 10 years ago. I think this is a good price.

yes that is an excellent price then sent it to get a turbo tune after awhile.u got yourself a great shooter .jump,jump,jump to it .good move.....jorge
