And since pellets are cheaper than ammo, and air is cheaper than blackpowder and flints/caps, it could have some serious long term economical benefits too. That's what I tell myself, anyway.
Plus it's shrouded and a 10 shot. Try to find a suppressed Ruger 10/22 for $500.bucks. Not gonna happen.
Plus, you can get the hand pump. That way, by the time you get to the point that pumping it up from empty is easy, the long walk to the targets will be nothing. I'm not saying that the hand pump is exercise, but I don't shoot my PCPs often and when I use my pump, I find muscles I had forgotten even existed.
