Yes, you should use a spring compressor to disassemble the B-3.
As for the extra breach seals..... if you plan on doing a tune on it order the "QF-2" kit from southsummmit.com
The kit comes with a replacement spring, which will give you additional FPS, it comes with a new synthetic seal for the piston and it also comes with 2 extra breach seals. The kit is everything you need in one package......
BTW.... you can also use the plastic tubing they use on refrigerator water units to cut your own breach seals.... and most times these work better than the ones that come in the tune kit. The refrigerator tubing will also serve to give you a few more FPS.....
