last set they did caused more pain than I was already in.Atleast now we know that I have reherniated one disc  L4-L5 and blew out a new one L5-S1 in my lower back and just want some relief from the pain so I can keep on working I'm still climbing poles but not very fast and I can feel a clicking in my back with each step so it is time to find a new career,things are realy slow and I'm not getting much work so it's time to find somthing else anyway have to keep the lights on you know!

I was supposed to have quite climbing years ago and just couldn't, I am the Head Lineman but I now only have one other guy under me since we fired two dope heads last fall for stealing from the phone company we work for.My new guy takes alot off me but it's hard to step down and watch someone else do the work!

I have had back pain for years, All ready had one fusion. Got cadaver bone and metal plate, pain is better than before but still 2 or 3 of 10. Good luck. I am going to try inversion therapy. John
