Well,,,, I finished up my Disco. makeover today & it was time to pack her up for her LONG trip to CA. to her new owner.:0 Ive bought & sold a truckload of guns & never blinked an eye. This one is differant. I can honestly say,,, this one is BREAKIN my heart to let go of.:0 Had I done the stock refinish before now,,,,, I doubt I would EVER let her go. Just something about rubbing that 4-0000 steel wool on nice walnut that reinforces a bond. I know she is going to a good home so thats some consulation. I spent about 2 hours today packin her up in box #1. This gun CANT move in the box & by the time it goes into box # 2 ZITRO is gonna KILL me when he has to take the day off to unpack it!!:p Total custom with wood "baffles" ( ) screwed into sides to prevent movement of gun. I have a new Marauder thanks to Gene & a BIG ole honkin scope thanks to Kirby to replace her. Just aint the same though.:0 I will get her out as soon as I finish packing her up ZITRO Buddy. Timbo.

Ya Timmy, I hate to see you let her go also. After you were here last time I really gave it allot of thought about owning one of them babies.. I am sure she will be in good hands son#2. Your love for her really shows in the way you packed her up son....

I finally got her all boxed up cusioned in "egg crates" in box # 2 yesterday & sent her on her way to her new Master.:0 BY FAR,, my best packing job yet!!8) ( Joe would probly argue the Diana 54 I sent him was packed better!!) :p One HUGE box!! UPS wanted $73 for 3 day shipping,,:o :0 I had to opt for "Ground" shipping for $38. Twas all I could afford!!:0 So,,,,, She is headed out by "Pack Mule",,,,, one thing is for sure,,,,,, she will get to "Zitro" in CA. INTACT!!!!! The Lil Girl @ UPS looked at me kinda funny when I would not let go of the box!!:p She is on the way Zitro Buddy,,,, Enjoy her like I have!! Tim.

Tim, this kind of makes me feel bad ,  :0  ,   but don't worry she will be in good hands   and will spend lots of great days hunting ground squirrels   , she might miss you  for a couple of days  due to the treatment she recieved in your hands but she'll ok, thanks for the great packing job.
