Since it's an R9, I'd say clean the barrel and shoot it. Figure out what pellets it likes, and after you've shot it awhile, adjust the trigger to your liking if it needs it, then shoot it some more. Once it's broke in, say 1000 pellets from now or so, THEN think about a tune. If you like the way it shoots, don't worry about a tune, just keep shooting it. R9's have a reputation for being a little twangy out of the box, sometimes it goes away, sometimes not. Some people don't notice, some it makes crazy. You just bought yourself a world class rifle, congratulations and enjoy :-)! Later.
