Yes I have had quite a few Gamo air rifles in the past 5 years now. I have weeded out most all of them. Not because they were bad but just because I had to make room for more air guns..
The Gamo S1K that I kept is a modified S1K with a L/W 12 lan choked barrel. Awesome accuracy and very smooth shooting. The barrel is only 14" long and I have made a muzzle brake for it. I have packed the stock with memory foam and has a complete turbo tune with JM tarantula spring and apex seal along with the GRT-III trigger. My love for springers and the simplicity of how they shoot and react to different pellets just amazes me and is always a challenge when trying to obtain a nice 1" group at 30 yards. Out of all my springers that I have purchased since the S1K 5 years ago, I still like to take her out for a session to give myself a lesson in patients..
Even though she can shoot very accurately she still wants to be held and shot only one way and that is her way..
Just like a woman.. hehe
